Refunds & Cancellations

Storage plans are prepaid and non-refundable once your items have been collected and stored. If you cancel before collection, you will receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees.

 

Recall bookings can be rescheduled at no charge if updated at least 24 hours before your slot. If our team arrives and collection cannot be completed, a no-show fee may apply. For changes or assistance, reach us via WhatsApp.
