Welcome to Nicol Logistics. By using our website or booking any of our storage or delivery services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

General Terms
Nicol Logistics Pte Ltd provides suitcase and box storage with collection, secure warehousing and recall services.
By placing a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into a service agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe, unlawful, prohibited or unsuitable items are presented for storage or collection. -
Storage and Handling
Each suitcase or storage box must not exceed 22 kg and must fall within the size limits stated on our website.
All items must be securely packed by the customer. Nicol Logistics is not responsible for damage caused by improper or inadequate packing.
Prohibited items include perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable items, illegal items, cash, jewellery and valuables exceeding declared or insured limits. -
Insurance Coverage
Each suitcase or box includes 100 SGD of basic insurance coverage, which applies to loss or damage to the container and its contents, subject to exclusions.
Additional coverage may be purchased at the time of booking.
Insurance claims must be submitted within 7 days of item return or delivery. -
Payments and Subscriptions
Storage plans are billed in advance according to the subscription selected.
Prices include free collection. Recall services may carry a fee unless otherwise stated.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of service and removal or disposal of stored items after due notice. -
Cancellations and Refunds
Customers may cancel storage before collection for a full refund.
Once collection has taken place, no partial refunds are issued. Unused value may be converted into credit for future services.

Pickup and Delivery
Nicol Logistics will confirm pickup and delivery windows via SMS or email.
Missed collections may incur a rescheduling fee.
Customers must ensure safe and accessible pickup conditions for our driver. -
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring all stored items comply with Singapore law.
Fragile, sensitive or high-value items should be declared in advance to ensure appropriate handling and insurance coverage.
Nicol Logistics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including sentimental value or business interruption. -
Security and Access
All items are stored in a secure, access-controlled facility that is not open to the public.
Only authorised Nicol Logistics staff may handle or access stored items.
For safety and privacy reasons, customers cannot access the warehouse directly. -
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms. -
